You will manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing qualified candidates to onboarding new hires. Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for open requisitions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical and soft skill requirements.
- Negotiate salary and contract terms to ensure successful placements.
- Manage candidate relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track progress and maintain data accuracy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse personalities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and succeed in a sales-driven environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume office setting.
