Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client assignments in DC metro area
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments to ensure perfect role-candidate matches
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to placement confirmation
- Implement creative sourcing strategies including social media recruitment and talent mapping
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and manage client expectations
- Maintain accurate candidate databases in our ATS with weekly reporting metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement KPIs
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment across multiple industries
- Strong knowledge of Washington DC's talent landscape and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with executive presence
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Valid DC staffing license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
