Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates across diverse industries including tech, healthcare, and finance
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 companies
- Conducting in-depth interviews and skill assessments to match candidates with perfect opportunities
- Negotiating competitive compensation packages and managing offer logistics
- Utilizing LinkedIn, Indeed, and our proprietary ATS to track recruitment metrics
- Leading full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to onboarding
- Maintaining 95% candidate satisfaction rate through proactive communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of 25+ placements annually
- Expertise in Washington's tech and healthcare talent landscape
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- SHRM-SPC or CTS certification preferred
- Valid Washington State staffing license
