Responsibilities
- Conducting initial phone screenings and interviews for potential candidates to assess cultural fit and qualifications.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of qualified talent for our diverse client base across various industries.
- Assisting in the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and outreach to scheduling interviews and coordinating onboarding.
- Managing candidate relationships through various communication channels, including email and LinkedIn.
- Utilizing data-driven insights and CRM tools to track candidate progress and improve hiring metrics.
- Collaborating with senior recruiters and account managers to meet aggressive monthly and quarterly targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- A strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a high-volume, sales-oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a significant plus.
