Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across software engineering, data science, and IT infrastructure roles
- Conduct in-depth screening interviews and skill assessments to match candidates with client requirements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key industry stakeholders
- Leverage ATS platforms and social recruiting tools to expand talent pipelines
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights for client talent strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in IT/tech placements
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing techniques and passive candidate engagement
- Strong understanding of technical roles (Java, Python, cloud, DevOps, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related technical field preferred
