Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for high-growth tech clients across Seattle's tech corridor
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean strings, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and niche communities
- Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates for critical engineering roles
- Conduct technical interviews with senior developers and hiring managers
- Drive candidate experience through personalized communication and transparent feedback
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on compensation benchmarks and talent scarcity
- Maintain 95% fill rate for urgent R&D and infrastructure positions
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience in Seattle's competitive tech market
- Expertise in sourcing for cloud/AI/DevOps roles with proven ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Deep understanding of engineering workflows and technical assessment methodologies
- Strong network of Seattle-based engineering professionals
