Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior tech roles across San Diego's biotech, software, and engineering sectors
- Develop and nurture a pipeline of passive technical candidates through targeted sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 startups and established enterprises to define hiring requirements
- Execute candidate assessments and interviews using structured evaluation frameworks
- Leverage ATS systems to optimize recruitment workflows and data-driven decision making
- Present compelling market insights to clients on compensation trends and talent availability
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal performance metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in San Diego's tech market
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find engineering, data science, and cybersecurity professionals
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Greenhouse, Lever, or enterprise-level ATS platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical requirements

- Ability to manage 15-20 concurrent searches while maintaining candidate experience
