Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across diverse industries
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
- Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments to ensure perfect matches
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job order to placement
- Exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for placements and revenue generation
- Leverage our digital recruitment tools and job board partnerships
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout hiring process
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of staffing, recruiting, or sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits
- Professional certification (CPC, CSP) a plus
