Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for senior-level technical roles across 15+ client accounts
- Leverage Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive candidates in competitive markets
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for in-demand skills (Python, AWS, Kubernetes)
- Collaborate with CTOs and Engineering Directors to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- Implement data-driven recruitment metrics to optimize time-to-fill and candidate quality
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal production targets
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with 2+ years in agency/staffing environments
- Proven success placing software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps professionals
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM systems
- Strong understanding of technical stacks and hiring trends in Pacific Northwest tech scene
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate offers and manage stakeholder expectations
