Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries (manufacturing, healthcare, IT, finance)
- Develop strategic partnerships with 15+ Cleveland-area hiring managers weekly
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline: sourcing → interviews → placements
- Leverage our proprietary ATS and AI matching tools for 40% faster placements
- Execute targeted recruitment campaigns across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction through personalized onboarding experiences
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on competitive compensation packages
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment/staffing agency experience required
- Proven track record of 50+ placements annually in competitive markets
- Expertise in Cleveland's talent landscape with existing local network
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday)
- Exceptional negotiation skills with both candidates and clients
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification strongly preferred
- Ability to maintain 40+ weekly candidate/client touchpoints
