Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans leveraging advanced Boolean search techniques and niche platforms
- Build and nurture relationships with both candidates and hiring stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Manage end-to-end candidate experience from initial outreach to offer negotiation
- Analyze market trends and compensation data to provide strategic insights to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize recruitment workflows and technology utilization
- Maintain accurate candidate pipeline data in our ATS system
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience within a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates across technical domains
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment cycles with strict deadlines
- Familiarity with NYC tech market and emerging talent trends
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
