Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across GitHub, LinkedIn, and specialized developer communities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior engineering roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and candidate profiles
- Conduct technical phone screens and coordinate interview panels
- Develop data-driven recruitment strategies to reduce time-to-fill by 30%
- Maintain accurate ATS records and generate weekly pipeline reports
- Build and nurture relationships with 50+ tech companies in the Seattle metro area
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering roles
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and Boolean X-Ray sourcing techniques
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements quarterly
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and tech stacks
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Lever preferred)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
