Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and qualify technical candidates across software engineering, data science, and UX/UI roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Develop deep partnerships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and company culture
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track metrics and optimize recruitment workflows
- Represent our agency at industry events and tech meetups to expand talent networks
- Analyze market trends and compensation data to provide strategic recruitment advice
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in a staffing agency or high-growth tech environment
- Proven expertise in sourcing hard-to-find engineering talent through niche channels
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, React, AWS, etc.) and hiring criteria
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Expertise in leveraging Boolean search strings and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut)
- Track record of meeting or exceeding placement metrics and client satisfaction goals
