Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across tech platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering and data science roles
- Develop deep expertise in Austin's tech ecosystem and hiring trends
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate criteria
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments for mid-to-senior level positions
- Leverage ATS systems to optimize candidate pipelines and reporting
- Build and maintain relationships with key tech communities in Austin
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in Austin's tech market
- Proven track record placing software engineers, data scientists, or DevOps professionals
- Expert knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut)
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Deep understanding of Austin's tech talent landscape and compensation trends
