Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and qualify technical candidates across Albuquerque's emerging tech ecosystem
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 startups and established tech firms
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Leverage advanced Boolean sourcing techniques and ATS optimization to identify passive talent
- Conduct market analysis to benchmark compensation trends and talent availability
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines in our proprietary CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing to develop employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record in IT staffing
- Expert knowledge of Albuquerque's tech talent landscape and local universities
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume recruitment campaigns
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven recruitment decisions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
