Responsibilities
- Source and engage technical talent through advanced sourcing strategies and networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT, engineering, and developer roles
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with 30+ partner companies
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments for technical candidates
- Optimize recruitment processes using ATS platforms like Bullhorn and Greenhouse
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic hiring insights to clients
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and reporting metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-fill tech roles (DevOps, Cloud, Data Science)
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and Boolean search techniques
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate candidate skills effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Deep understanding of Wichita's tech ecosystem and talent landscape
