Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview technical candidates for roles across software engineering, data science, and product management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and industry events
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer brand and recruitment campaigns
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on software roles
- Proven track record of closing mid-to-senior level positions in the Bay Area tech scene
- Expert knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and sourcing tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven approach to recruitment metrics
