Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including candidate screening, technical assessments, and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with hiring managers and department heads
- Leverage ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) to track metrics and optimize recruitment funnels
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent pools and competitive compensation trends
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche tech communities
- Maintain candidate pipeline diversity and ensure inclusive hiring practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience with proven track record in tech placements
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find engineering talent across multiple domains
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics tools
- Strong understanding of technical skills (Python, Java, AWS, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM or CIPD certification preferred
- Experience with remote/hybrid recruitment models
