Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Conduct technical screening interviews with software engineers and developers
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Java, Python, DevOps, and UX/UI roles
- Develop client relationships to understand hiring needs and market trends
- Optimize recruitment funnels using Greenhouse and Lever ATS systems
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve time-to-fill and candidate quality
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with SaaS or startup clients
- Expert knowledge of developer tools (GitHub, Stack Overflow, GitLab)
- Proven track record of closing 15+ technical roles quarterly
- Ability to evaluate code quality and system design during interviews
- Strong negotiation skills for competitive compensation packages
- Google Certified Recruiter or similar technical sourcing certification
