Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across tech platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for software engineering and data science roles
- Develop deep expertise in San Diego's tech talent market and salary benchmarks
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Implement diversity hiring initiatives to build inclusive tech teams
- Utilize ATS systems to track metrics and optimize recruitment funnel
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in a staffing agency or tech company
- Proven track record placing software engineers, data scientists, or DevOps professionals
- Expert knowledge of sourcing tools (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Hiretual)
- Strong understanding of tech stacks (JavaScript, Python, AWS, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- SHRM-SPC or CTS certification preferred
