Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates through diverse channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
- Conduct thorough screening interviews and technical assessments to evaluate candidate fit
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and analytics
- Ensure compliance with EEOC regulations and company recruitment standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with focus on IT/software roles
- Proven track record of placing candidates in software development, data science, or cybersecurity positions
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques and passive candidate sourcing
- Strong understanding of technical skills and industry certifications
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
