Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify qualified candidates for open technical roles.
- Conduct comprehensive phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Manage the full life cycle of recruitment, including offer negotiation, onboarding support, and placement follow-up.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing channels and improve time-to-fill.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and technology to provide expert advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical or professional roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
