Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, including SaaS, Engineering, and Product roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social recruiting, to build robust talent pipelines.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers, ensuring cultural fit.
- Manage relationships with key clients and hiring partners to understand evolving business needs.
- Optimize job postings and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue through successful placements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing agency environments.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quarterly placement targets.
- Deep understanding of the technical job market and software development lifecycles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
