Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for open positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to clients.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize creative sourcing strategies, including social media, networking, and Boolean search, to build a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs.
- Client Relations: Consult with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural fit, ensuring a seamless placement experience.
- Offer Management: Coordinate salary negotiations, background checks, and onboarding logistics to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends in Kansas City to advise clients on salary benchmarks and talent availability.
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices adhere to federal and state employment laws and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, staffing, or human resources, preferably within a staffing agency environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Kansas City employment market and local business landscape.
