In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the careers of professionals across various industries. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, source candidates through various channels, and guide them through the hiring process. Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for current and future open positions.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Update candidate data and job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Research industry trends and competitor hiring practices to stay ahead.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or recruitment support is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a significant advantage.
