Responsibilities
- Manage Candidate Pipelines: Utilize our ATS to source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews with client managers.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding job opportunities, onboarding details, and compensation structures.
- Market Analysis: Research industry trends and competitive intelligence to identify new talent pools and recruitment strategies.
- Onboarding Support: Coordinate the logistical aspects of temporary and permanent placements, including contract generation and orientation schedules.
- Database Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our candidate database by updating status tags and personal information.
- Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics and provide weekly updates to the Operations Manager regarding hiring velocity.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a staffing agency, HR, or customer service environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Organization: Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- Tools: Strong Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook).
