Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including Software Engineering, Data Science, and Cybersecurity.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Develop deep, consultative relationships with hiring managers to understand specific technical requirements and company culture.
- Negotiate offers, manage candidate experience from submission to onboarding, and ensure a seamless placement process.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics (KPIs) such as time-to-fill and quality of hire to optimize sourcing strategies.
- Represent Hunt Global Resources at industry networking events and local tech career fairs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling job descriptions and employer branding content.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical staffing, executive search, or corporate recruiting within the IT sector.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in mid-to-senior level technical roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is preferred.
