Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding candidates for our diverse client portfolio.
- Client Development: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver high-quality talent solutions.
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Proactively source candidates and present them to clients, resulting in successful placements and billings.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and talent pools within the Philadelphia metro area.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new hires with their transition into their new roles to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Compliance: Ensure all hiring practices adhere to local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or account management within a staffing agency.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Goal Orientation: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Resilience: Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and handle rejection gracefully.
