Responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging qualified technical candidates through advanced recruitment strategies
- Managing full-cycle recruitment for IT, engineering, and software development roles
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Conducting technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate capabilities
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics
- Developing innovative sourcing pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
- Collaborating with marketing teams on employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in IT/tech sector
- Proven track record of closing high-volume technical roles
- Expertise with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong technical understanding of software development, cloud, and data roles
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
