Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche developer communities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Develop strategic hiring partnerships with CTOs at Tampa tech firms like Jabil and TechData
- Implement ATS workflows to optimize candidate pipelines and reduce time-to-hire
- Conduct technical evaluations and coordinate interview panels with engineering leads
- Market Tampa's emerging tech ecosystem to passive candidates nationwide
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in IT/tech placements
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and GitHub sourcing methodologies
- Strong understanding of Tampa's tech ecosystem including Ybor City innovation hubs
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and data-driven reporting skills
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- SHRM-SPC or CERP certification preferred
- Unrestricted work authorization for US employment
