- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Ensure all candidate data is accurately entered and maintained in our ATS.

Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
