Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for high-demand software engineering roles using Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer negotiation for 15+ concurrent positions
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with hiring managers at leading tech companies
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for niche technologies like cloud architecture and AI/ML
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interviews with engineering leads
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive compensation benchmarks
- Maintain 95% fill rate on critical positions through relationship-based recruiting
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with a focus on software engineering roles
- Expert knowledge of Las Vegas tech market and startup ecosystem
- Proven track record of closing 20+ placements quarterly
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn) with data-driven reporting skills
- Strong technical understanding of programming languages, cloud platforms, and DevOps
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- SHRM-SPHR or CTS certification preferred
