Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and technical forums
- Conduct technical screenings and behavioral interviews with software engineers, developers, and IT professionals
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding for 15-20 open roles
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for Fortune 500 startups and established tech firms
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track metrics and optimize processes
- Develop strategic partnerships with technical schools and Atlanta tech meetups
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in IT/tech roles
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, cloud technologies, and DevOps
- Exceptional sourcing skills with demonstrated ability to find passive candidates
- Experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or other enterprise-level ATS platforms
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate candidates for coding, system design, and architecture
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- BA/BS in Business, HR, or Technical field preferred
- Atlanta market familiarity required
