Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through advanced Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15+ technical roles simultaneously
- Develop deep partnerships with hiring managers at Austin-based tech companies
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies using Greenhouse and Workday ATS
- Conduct technical screening interviews with Python/Java/DevOps candidates
- Optimize candidate experience through personalized communication and feedback loops
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on competitive compensation packages
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or enterprise clients
- Expertise in recruiting software engineers, data scientists, or cloud architects
- Proven success with full-cycle recruitment and candidate pipeline management
- Advanced knowledge of Austin's tech ecosystem and talent landscape
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to negotiate offers
- Technical aptitude to assess candidates for backend/frontend/DevOps roles
- BS/BA in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
