Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage technical candidates across PA's major tech hubs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT, engineering, and data science roles
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with Pennsylvania-based clients
- Leverage ATS platforms to track recruitment metrics and optimize pipelines
- Conduct behavioral interviews and technical assessments
- Drive diversity initiatives in tech recruitment across Pennsylvania
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in the staffing industry
- Proven success filling roles in IT, software development, or engineering
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Strong network of Pennsylvania tech professionals
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
