Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across North Carolina
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, IT, and data science roles
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using modern sourcing tools
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate criteria
- Conduct technical interviews and assess candidate skills/culture fit
- Negotiate offers and ensure seamless onboarding experiences
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in a staffing agency or tech environment
- Proven success in sourcing niche technical roles (Python, cloud, DevOps, etc.)
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Strong understanding of technical skills assessment methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume recruitment campaigns
- Relevant certifications (CPC, CTS, or similar) preferred
