Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across engineering, IT, and software development roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Conduct candidate screenings and technical assessments
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and compensation benchmarks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience in staffing or agency environment
- Proven track record placing software engineers, developers, and IT professionals
- Expertise in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever preferred)
- Strong technical understanding of programming languages and tech stacks
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- MBA or HR certification preferred
