Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across engineering, IT, and product roles using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche platforms
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, technical assessments, and offer negotiation with 95% candidate satisfaction rate
- Develop deep partnerships with Mesa-based tech companies including startups and established enterprises
- Implement data-driven recruitment strategies using Greenhouse and Lever ATS platforms
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and provide weekly analytics to leadership team
- Represent Apex at local tech meetups and university career fairs to build employer brand
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record in engineering or IT placements
- Expert knowledge of Mesa's tech ecosystem and Arizona talent market dynamics
- Proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse/Lever preferred) and sourcing tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to assess technical competencies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP designation preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful placements in Mesa tech companies
