Responsibilities
- Sourcing and engaging qualified candidates for technical positions via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking
- Conducting in-depth interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit
- Managing full-cycle recruitment processes from requisition to placement
- Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Analyzing market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
- Utilizing ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) for pipeline management
- Collaborating with marketing teams to enhance employer branding
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience in IT/engineering roles
- Proven track record of placing candidates in Cleveland tech market
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and passive candidate engagement
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, cloud, DevOps)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- SHRM or CTS certification preferred
