Responsibilities
- Source and engage top-tier technical talent across software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, and product management roles
- Build and maintain deep relationships with hiring managers at Austin's most innovative companies
- Execute full-cycle recruitment: from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding support
- Leverage advanced Boolean search techniques and AI-powered tools to identify passive candidates
- Develop and optimize recruitment funnels using data-driven insights and market trends
- Collaborate with marketing team to craft compelling employer branding campaigns
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our ATS platform (Greenhouse)
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with a focus on hard-to-fill tech roles
- Proven track record of closing 20+ placements annually in competitive markets
- Expertise in Austin's tech talent landscape and emerging skill trends
- Proficiency in recruitment technologies: LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, and Boolean search
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
- BS/BA in Business, HR, or related field or equivalent practical experience
