Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end full-cycle recruiting for various industries including healthcare, finance, and technology.
- Source, screen, and interview top-tier candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent to meet client hiring demands.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly updates on pipeline health and placement activities.
- Represent the company at job fairs and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing, recruitment, or human resources.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn, Greenhouse, or similar tools.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for client visits).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and results-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
