Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and extending offers for full-time positions.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their unique staffing needs and culture.
- Market Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media and professional networks, to identify passive candidates.
- ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System and ensure timely communication with all applicants.
- Onboarding Support: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide competitive insights to clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Location: Must be willing to work in our Philadelphia, PA office.
