Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with business goals, focusing on AI integration, cloud migration, and digital transformation.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a high-performing team of architects, engineers, and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product teams to translate complex technical requirements into actionable business solutions.
- Architecture & Infrastructure: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, resilient enterprise systems and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
- Budget & Resource Optimization: Manage the technology budget efficiently, making data-driven decisions to maximize ROI on capital expenditures.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select external technology partners and vendors to drive competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in software engineering and at least 5+ years in a senior leadership or director-level role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of developing long-term technology strategies that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices architecture, and modern DevOps practices.
- AI & Data Fluency: Experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and big data analytics technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
