Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruitment for positions ranging from Entry Level to Senior Engineering and Management roles.
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and professional networks.
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the recruitment pipeline and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience, from the first touchpoint to offer extension.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment or a related HR field.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of the Denver tech market and engineering talent pool.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
