Responsibilities
- Conduct Candidate Screening: Perform initial phone and video screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for open roles.
- Manage Job Postings: Strategically post and manage job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring high visibility and accurate data.
- Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients, providing seamless logistics support.
- Build Talent Pools: Develop and maintain a robust database of potential candidates for future and immediate openings.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on candidate status and feedback.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork and compliance requirements are met.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience is accepted.
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Technical Proficiency: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Work Ethic: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail in data entry and candidate information.
