Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and place qualified candidates in various industries (healthcare, administrative, industrial).
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, and interviewing.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and market trends.
- Process weekly payroll and manage time-off requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or recruiting is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Must be willing to travel to client sites within the Bay Area.
