Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough screening and interviews to match candidates with client job requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, outreach, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions and salary benchmarks.
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
- Process payroll and ensure strict compliance with California labor laws and regulations.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with both temporary staff and client companies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or administrative support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
