Responsibilities
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for various temporary and permanent positions.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting job ads, sourcing, and scheduling interviews.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for client accounts in the Mesa area.
- Foster positive relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture.
- Onboard new hires, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information to succeed immediately.
- Track candidate metrics and provide regular updates to the management team.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) effectively to maintain accurate records.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is highly preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday).
