Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates for permanent and contract roles.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers across various industries in Boston.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and social media platforms to identify passive talent pools.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Manage a high volume of job orders and ensure timely delivery of candidates to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop recruitment strategies that drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Salesforce).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
