Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and soft skills.
- Source and recruit talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for client open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a perfect match.
- Manage candidate data accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to refine recruiting techniques and industry knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or HR is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and social media platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the industry.
